**Narration:** AI-generated **OpenAI Fable**, using the approved documentary direction. The entire English script, including Chinese-character names and place names, was generated in one continuous request with `gpt-4o-mini-tts`. That single performance was divided only at chapter pauses; no second voice was inserted for Mandarin. This is not Chang’s voice, a voice clone, or a recording of his words. **No archival audio is used.** Interview excerpts are silent illustrative footage beneath the new narration. Original video frames, including visible source logos and burned-in captions, are preserved. The new English captions are separate from the source captions.
